Ah, the dark and dreary days of early Spring. Here on the East Coast, the cold winter (and the accompanied deep, deep depression) has rendered us into mopey messes with little to no energy or ambition. Big old blobs of lazy flesh that can’t make good on their promises to finally cook dinners and lunches for themselves instead of ordering expensive takeout. Sad sacks that can barely find the strength to lift the remote control to change the channel or program you’re binge watching. Recently, we got a taste of the good stuff. You know, sunshine, warm weather. It was a good taste. One that filled us, or me, at least, with hope for the future. Pep was officially in my step. But then cruel spring with it’s rainy, chilly days, and teasing nature, took the good stuff back and left us sitting inside, staring wistfully out of the window. Instead of lamenting the joys we had last week, why not spend your time doing something you love? Looking at memes requires nearly zero effort on your part. All you have to do is scroll through the ones we’ve rounded up and try to feel a little less glum about life. The sun will come out eventually. We promise.
