No part of me wants a drink made by a self-proclaimed mixologist. I know complaining about hipster-looking mixologist bartenders is so 2013, but I still have hangups (also, I was a full-blown child in 2013, leave me alone)! I don’t want my bartender to be doing a little performance on the job. There’s no need for them to try to look cool (or worse, classy) while making me vodka Red Bull. I tip my bartenders no matter what, but if I had to watch them theatrically prepare my drink, I would tip no more than 20%. 

A very classy gentleman recently went viral on Twitter for making an old-fashioned. This drink has everything; giant square ice cubes, napkin particles, mediocre booze, and disapproving mouth ticking. You’ve got to see it to believe it.
