On this day in 1993, the first Doomguy set out into hell to destroy every demon that crossed his path, not yet knowing DOOM would become the most legendary first person shooter of all time. Since then, multiple generations of gamers have gotten to play DOOM II, Final DOOM, DOOM 64, DOOM 3 (Resurrection of Evil), DOOM (2016), and DOOM Eternal. Epic.
