What would you do if you found your current job on a job board?

Nobody likes to feel like they’re under threat of losing a job. Even if it hasn’t come around yet, you might ambiently fear the prospect of being laid off. It makes you a little bit restless and uneasy, as you imagine how long you could make it without employment. You might know how difficult the job market is, and you might have some fear about entering it, especially if you haven’t been in it in quite some time. You might try to do everything you can at your current position to hold onto it, but you fear that a culture of silence might suppress any information that might be useful.
