Entitled parents blame family member after their 18-year-old daughter fails to board a flight they were all on: ‘She’s stuck alone in the airport terminal until the next flight’

Airports are stressful environments to exist in, especially after a long trip away from the sacred place you call home. This is especially true if you’re a parent who your children rely on to get from Point A to Point B. Weren’t we kids once? Why are we walking compasses all of a sudden?

All jokes aside, it is a parent’s responsibility to lead the herd in the mortifying maze that is an airport terminal. You check your pockets every five minutes for your passport as if it is growing legs each time your palm isn’t resting upon it. The childless bachelors and bachelorettes have a simpler time ensuring their own travels, while parents have to rest their palms upon their children’s passports, too.

In this next story, a set of parents expect their 18-year-old daughter’s aunt/uncle to lead her to airplane boarding paradise. Last time I checked, an aunt or uncle is supposed to do the fun stuff, not the important stuff. Scroll below to read about the fallout when they find out their daughter will be stuck in an airport terminal overnight because of their parenting fail.
