It always shocks me to learn that some people eat to live. Obviously I’m not referring to the food insecure. I’m talking about Elizabeth, the young urban professional I met years ago who wished that she could power her body with a pill taken once a day. I later learned that for about a month she subsisted solely on Clif bars. Repulsive. We haven’t seen each other in about twelve years, and I intend to keep it that way. 

People like Elizabeth have no place in my life, which is a safe space for anyone else who is absolutely obsessed with food. Often, while eating with friends, we’re discussing the next elaborate or even simply comforting meal we are going to make or enjoy at a local restaurant. The obsession is real. And given this obsession, it should come as no surprise that people who have a passion for all things edible would enjoy content that’s dedicated to epicurean delights. We’re not just talking memes, we’re talking weirdo food packaging photoshops and weird vintage (or vintage-style) advertisements for food products. A cornucopia of content, if you will. That’s just what we’re offering today.
