On this most loved up of days, there’s a high chance many of us will be designating our dog as our Valentine. Let’s face it, they give more loyalty and affection than most people. For many of the dog owners of the world, their pooch is one of their most important relationships. There’s no shame in taking comfort in our pets, because that’s ultimately what they are there for. 

Of course, they have other important functions, too. Top of the list is that they are great at being the subjects of memes.
