Older coworker spends 3 months in job, puts name labels on all company property: ‘She takes what I’m using while I’m still using it’

There are few low-stakes workplace issues more irritating than having a colleague with a warped idea of personal property. We’ve all seen it in one form or another, whether it is the individual who permits themselves to take other people’s lunches from the break room fridge or that coworker who seems to go through a truly unsustainable amount of office stationery. They are the definition of a person who has a compulsion towards ruining things for everybody else.
