It’s not new phenomenon that wealthy people are completely out-of-touch. Since society was created, rich people have been living life in a completely different way than middle or lower class working folk. For example, if an expensive item breaks down, like a laptop or computer, then the rich just buy a new one without even second guessing. Where as anybody who isn’t rich will have to save up for a new one or they desperately try to fix the one the have first because it’s way cheaper than buying a new one. 

Even though it’s not new news that rich people are living in their own little bubble, some of the things they say is still mind-boggling. Like, do you seriously think it’s a normal thing to go sailing every weekend and own several cars and/or houses?? Apparently many rich people do. So much so that they think «when you go boating for the summer do you usually take the yacht or the sailboat» is a normal question they can ask anyone… It gets worse.
