This year (more than ever) it feels like we’re struggling to find a smidgen of good news in a fiery garbage pit of tragedy. Every once in a while we get lucky, and today is one of those days. Over a year ago, Tumblr user gallusrostromegalus shared an incredibly wholesome (and incomplete) list of animals their grandfather brought home to their grandma during their 67 year marriage. The list is comprehensive, funny, and reminds us that kindness does exist in the world. 

It’s also not the first time that gallustromegalus has gone viral for animal-related content.
