We will look back on the era of Facebook supremacy as a golden age of social media. Once upon a time, we would only get these unhinged opinions and bizarre dramas from our second cousins and high school acquaintances if we went to the right summer BBQ, but Mark Zuckerberg boldly gifted us a means to witness it from the comfort of our own homes. 

That’s a powerful change that can’t be underestimated, even if it might not always be a good thing. Facebook taught all us normies that expressing ourselves on the internet is both easy and free, and there’s no way that this genie is going back in the bottle now. It’s only fair that we celebrate this by viewing some strange and cursed posts from the platform. Many may argue that its heyday has been and gone, but the magic hasn’t disappeared just yet. At least, that’s what we’re going to claim.
