Being an introvert is exhausting pretty much all the time. As a humanoid creature, we are forced to have social interactions literally every day with people we don’t want to see. Really the only way out of getting out of social awkwardness is to be a strange, reclusive billionaire with no neighbors, solo hobbies, and endless cashflow. Trust me, we’re definitely working on that last part. But even still, you’d probably have to have some obligatory conversation with your mail delivery person every once in a while because they would have to occasionally service your address with all of your online shopping purchases that you make at 2AM. I suppose that’s still better than having to chitchat with Sharon from accounting because your coffee took 3 seconds too long to brew and she cornered you in the break room. There’s no escape from Sharon and other extroverts like her. All you can do is employee your best 1000 yard stare and hope she thinks that you have a mental disability.
