People don’t talk about it so often, but I feel like cooking just for yourself can sometimes be just as stressful as cooking for a lot of people. While you may only have to consider a single individual’s preferences and dietary needs, there are still a million other things to think about. Do you want to be eating this as leftovers for the rest of the week, or can you be bothered to measure out the specific quantities of ingredients for one portion? Is it nutritionally complete enough? Are you going to get the ick when you’re halfway through eating it despite being psyched to cook it for yourself? The questions are endless.
