Florida theme park goer refuses to listen to ice cream shop worker explaining why sherbet needs a cup, drops it on the pavement, then demands a remake and a cleanup: ‘She said «you need to clean this up,» I refused’

Customer service hits peak comedy when someone argues with physics and obviously loses. In this case, the battlefield is an ice cream stand at a sweaty Florida theme park, where summer heat turns everything into a puddle race.

The ice cream in question is orange sherbet from a big brand-name tub. It does not cooperate with cones. Regular flavors roll into neat balls for that cute mascot head look on a waffle cone. Sherbet just crumbles like wet orange sand. Staff figured out a hack years ago. Scoop some in the cone, top with extra in a cup, flip it like a party hat, hand it over. Guests grab it happy. Nobody blinks. Except this one lady who sees the cup and decides it is a personal attack.
