It can sometimes seem like there aren’t many upsides to living in this particular timeline, but one of them is how easy it is to find a cat or several to share our lives with. Maybe they came from the shelter or maybe they just rocked up on your doorstep one day, and you rolled with it. One thing’s for sure, we’re in no danger of seeing a shortage of kitties.

While this isn’t always great from an animal welfare standpoint, it does give us many more opportunities to snap ridiculous pictures of cats that then get to be turned into memes. The perpetual cat servant and the catless alike can enjoy this range of silly images that can only happen thanks to the proliferation of our feline friends.
