When you treat yourself to fast food, there are few worse feelings than your favorite item being off the menu. Many of us are set in our ways when it comes to our food orders, and it can come as an unwelcome surprise. 

However, it’s usually unfair to take that out on the person taking your order. This was the logic @BigBlueDrew33 used when he went to Dairy Queen and was unable to get a Reece’s Blizzard. After the employee apologized, he reassured him that it was not his fault — only to receive the reply that seeing as the man serving him was in charge of stock, it kind of was.

Despite the mistake, many Twitter users admired the worker for his honesty and even shared their own mix ups when it came to stocking the shops or restaurants that they worked at. For most of us, not every day at work is going to be our best, so props to that guy for acknowledging it.
