All those people on your timeline who are «on the grind» and «hustling» are really just normalizing the idea that being insanely busy is equal to being successful. The reality is that people need to sleep, we are not our jobs, and oh my god, we all deserve raises. Unfortunately, most of these things usually seem pretty unattainable. At least these memes (which we will peruse at work for sanity) understand the struggle.
