A house feels kind of empty without a little furry friend running around. When there is no pet there, who will you turn to when you have a little end piece of ham that nobody else is going to eat? Who do you call when you’re bored and need a little affection? What will you look at when you’re sick of looking at the television? Who will join you when you feel the overwhelming urge to lie down on the floor? Unless you have a very dog-like partner, then the answer is: get a dog.
Of course, getting a dog is a big responsibility. You don’t want to take it lightly, as there are expenses and responsibilities that you can’t skip out on when you have a dog. But the biggest danger of having a dog is wanting to spend so much time with them that you end up neglecting your human friends.
