Cringey Bartender Attempts To Make a ‘Perfect Old Fashioned’, Fails Miserably
No part of me wants a drink made by a self-proclaimed mixologist. I know complaining about hipster-looking mixologist bartenders is so 2013, but I still have hangups (also, I was a full-blown child in 2013, leave me alone)! I don’t want my bartender to be doing a little performance on the job. There’s no need …

Party People Discuss Things That Ruin a Party’s Vibe
There are so many ways to ruin a party. Fortunately, one bad apple usually won’t stink up an entire party. In college, I hosted a party where a guy spilled smelling salts in the kitchen, threw half-empty beer cans on the carpet, was rowdy and drunk, and had to be kicked out of the party …

Bartender Serves Hilariously Huge Pint of White Wine
How much wine is too much wine? That is a difficult question for people just beginning to drink out of a glass instead of straight from the bottle. I drank my wine directly from the bottle throughout college. I love strawberry Barefoot wine from the corner store, and nobody could stop me! Even when I …

People Share Their Unpopular Alcohol Opinions
It’s easy to feel like you have unpopular opinions regarding alcohol. When you’re ordering drinks at a bar, you can’t help but feel like your drink choice is being judged by the alcohol intelligentsia that is the bartender. However, most people don’t care if you’re ordering a vodka Redbull with sugar-free Redbull. Drinking like a …

A Big Girl Bottle of Wine Memes For Wine Moms
I stand in solidarity with the wine mom community. During the pandemic, I was close to becoming one myself. From January to April of 2021, I would go to my local corner store every Friday and buy a bottle of strawberry-flavored Barefoot wine. If that sounds like trashy college kid wine, you would be 100% …

20 Funniest Boozy Memes for Degenerates Keen on Wrecking the Weekend With Debauchery and Happy Hour Drinks
Nothing quite hits like happy hour on a Friday. The second that frothy cold one hits your lips, it’s tough to rein it back in. If it helps, remind yourself that your hangovers are a two day affair now and your ‘going out’ shoes are not as comfortable as your once thought. Once you say …

Explain Like I’m 35: What is Borg? (February 11, 2023)
Kids these days, with their TikToks and Minecrafts. Do they even know how to have good old-fashioned substance abusing fun any more? The media would have us believe that the younger generations are abstemious little angels that are getting less wasted than ever before. Perhaps this is true statistically, but it’s hard to think that …

Lifestyle TikToker Gets Mocked for Bizarre Refrigerator Makeover
Social media is a menace for telling us about the kind of life it thinks we should be living. If we just bought this trending brand, or filmed ourselves looking hot while making our coffee every morning, we would feel so much better within ourselves. Of course, deep down many of us realize that this …

21 Wine Memes For Sommeliers
My friends and I recently got into a rousing discussion about what activities could be considered a hobby. Some things are so obviously hobbies that they require no further explanation: crocheting, improv comedy, and adult sports leagues. Those are hobbies through and through. Weed and wine came up as things that are often considered hobbies …
